Urban Developer Hans van Rossum – Realconomy
For Hans van Rossum, urban development is about building the social city together. This involves economic, environmental, and socio-cultural improvements. He focuses on creating areas where living, working, and relaxing blend together naturally, making them desirable places for diverse lifestyles. By collaborating across public and private sectors in various area developments, he demonstrates that this vision is not just possible but achievable.
Designers Kiki van Eijk and & Joost van Bleiswijk – Kiki&Joost
World-renowned Eindhoven-based designers Kiki van Eijk and Joost van Bleiswijk have been pioneering in emerging urban areas, such as Strijp-S and Strijp-T, since the beginning of their careers. They developed a plan for a creative cluster on the Kanaaldijk, which should be beneficial to the creative ecosystem rather than to investors. In the future, this area will also be home to Design Academy Eindhoven.
During the event they will share their expertise, vision and engage in a debate about our fast growing city. Moderated by Charlotte Grün.
