Kazerne Foundation – Intertwining hope and the power of design
Creative Director Annemoon Geurts is a Design Academy Eindhoven alumnus and proud of her colleagues: through their imagination, they enable a conversation about our future. To fuel design talent and share the impact of the divers’ design field with as many people as possible, from her design studio she took the initiative to create Home of Design Kazerne. Here, within 2,000 square meters of exhibition space in the heart of Eindhoven, she daily connects the realms of design and hospitality. Every six months, she curates an exhibition and frequently organizes workshops, lectures, tours, and collaborations between the creative industry and other economic sectors. Her mission is to inspire as many people as possible through the power of design to think and act differently, and thereby contribute to a more nature-inclusive world.
Contrasts and intersections in an exhibition full of imagination
In the exhibition Human = Non-Human, Kazerne intertwines hope and the power of design. Attractive works explore the boundaries between the human and the non-human. Step out of your virtual bubble and get inspired by an exhibition full of imagination. Featuring 2000m2 of recent work by over 40 emerging and established designers, labels and producers, Kazerne once again is packed with work by leading designers. Come over and experience their impactful work, smart concepts and inspiring scenarios for yourself.
