Welcome to this week’s Eindhoven Innovation Café – Tech and Design event! Join us for an evening of inspiration, drinks, and networking, featuring Anne van Strien – Sparking Natural and Regenerative Leadership and Maarten van Schijndel – Innovating Regenerative Systems to Enhance Water Quality. Don’t miss this chance to connect with these Eindhoven game-changers!
“Regenerative systems” are much more than fashionable methods —they embody a hopeful, action-driven response to today’s complex challenges. How can we actively restore and elevate the natural and social environments we rely on using regenerative methods?
Let’s explore the possibilities together: meet Designer Anne van Strien and Water Manager Maarten van Schijndel. From their own perspective both focus on regenerative design and technologies related to water and other natural elements.
They will share their expertise, vision and engage in a talk about regenerating depleted resources, healing environmental damage and fostering thriving, interconnected communities and systems. Moderated by Charlotte Grün. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to meet these gamechangers!
Special Guests
Anne van Strien – Sparking Natural and Regenerative Leadership
Guatemala, 2014. Standing on a beach surrounded by plastic, Anne van Strien right then and there decided to start following the path of regenerative design. She combines her studies Human Geography and Design to guide people and organizations in their development of Natural and Regenerative Leadership. She fosters a deep connection between people and their environment, sparking awareness and appreciation for ecological and emotional landscapes. Re-membering that we humans are part of nature is her mission.
Maarten van Schijndel – Innovating Regenerative Systems to Enhance Water Quality
Ever since childhood, Maarten van Schijndel has been fascinated by water and the life it sustains in and around it. At the De Dommel Water Board, he is integrating strategic insights with hands-on innovation to drive impactful transformations. Maarten has been working on the improvement of water with regenerative micro-organisms and so-called Flow Forms. These mimic a mountain stream, increasing oxygen levels and breaking down pathogens to create a higher energetic value (the electromagnetic field) without the use of chemicals.
Eindhoven city is full of hidden Tech & Design gems that fuel transformation. Now is the time to unite their superpowers. What visions do they hold for creating an attractive, sustainable world for us and future generations? What groundbreaking experiments and prototypes are they developing to boost our society forward? How can we learn from each other and contribute to this shared mission? Join us for an inspiring event where ideas and connections come to life!
