The well-known phenomenon of Open Innovation can be hard to and run into barriers, from strategy to creative implementation. It doesn’t have to be that way, according to speakers Sjoerd van Hulst and Joren Pisters of innovation company Frisse Blikken (Dutch for ‘Fresh Forces’). In their talk, they gave a frame of mind with which you open yourself up to innovation and how to overcome barriers.
