Lennart Graaff is founding partner of BLOC, a next generation development company based in Rotterdam. BLOC has developed several radical projects such as The Dutch Windwheel and a CO2 Smart Grid. Together with Studio Marco Vermeulen and Urban Xchange, BLOC is co-developer of The Dutch Mountains, a biobased skyscraper to be developed in the city of Eindhoven.
